CP Holiday Train: Making a difference, one stop at a time

On Wednesday, December 14, come on down to the CP rail yard on Victoria Road for the annual CP Holiday Train! Every year, the CP Holiday Train makes a difference for food banks in Canadian communities. The goal of the Holiday Train is to collect food and money for local food banks and raise awareness in the fight against hunger. Enjoy hot dogs and hot chocolate with your donation to the Community Connections Food Bank

The train rolls into Revelstoke at 2:45 pm and the show starts at 3:00, featuring live music by Valdy and Tracey Brown. The Revelstoke Community Band will serenade the crowd with Christmas tunes between 2:15 and 2:45. (Shout out! I play baritone sax in the Community Band, so come check us out!).

Since the program started in 1999, The CP Holiday Train has raised more than $5.6 million and 2.45 million pounds of food across Canada and the US. Help fight hunger and join in a fun, social community event.
